The specially developed ink is long-lasting and wash-resistant, whether applied directly to light fabrics or to the included iron-on tape for dark fabrics. For non-absorbent items, use the specially coated My MARKY labels – they’re 100% dishwasher safe.

FEATURES INCLUDE:

  • Up to 1,000 impressions.

  • Stamp impression is good for 40+ washings (based on fabric and washing water temperature). Allow 24 hours to dry before first washing. 
  • Includes a piece of white fleece to iron into dark garments. This fabric stamp will work on clothing without being heat set.

InchBug ships to all 50 states in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.

Priority Mail upgrade is available for an additional fee. Shipping upgrade does not expedite production. Production time for custom labels can take up to 2-3 business days, regardless of shipping method. Please allow for longer during high volume times (Back To School, Black Friday, and Christmas.) Times can vary from 2-5 business days during these periods.

InchBug ships to Canada! Canadian customers can place their order directly on our website. At this time, we are only able to process international orders for personalized products. Orders shipping to Canada are not eligible for free shipping offers.

 

Shipping Destinations

InchBug now accepts orders for US and Canada through the website.

All Other International Destinations: If you wish to place an order to ship outside of the US and Canada, please send an email to howdy@inchbug.com and one of our representatives will respond with instructions on how to proceed. **Please note: customer is responsible for all international duties and taxes once shipment arrives at destination.

We do not ship to U.S. military bases or embassies (APO, FPO, or DPO addresses), whether inside or outside the United States.

Production Timeframe

If Custom Orbit Labels or Adhesive Labels are included in your order, please allow up to 2-5 business days just for processing, there is additional time for shipping.

Non-personalized products usually ship within 2-3 business days.

We are not responsible for shipping delays that are a result of credit card/billing issues, product availability delays, or order changes made after an order is placed. 

During high times, processing of orders can take 5-7 business days. 

Method of Delivery

Your package will ship via USPS Ground Advantage Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground, depending on the size, weight and combination of products ordered.

UPS Shipments: To track an order shipped via UPS, please enter the tracking number supplied in your shipping confirmation email at www.ups.com for delivery information and estimated transit time.



PLEASE NOTE: UPS does not pick up or deliver orders on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays. Any day that UPS does not pick up or deliver is NOT considered a shipping day. When counting your shipping days, consider this important information.

US Postal Service: InchBug utilizes Ground Advantage Mail or Priority Mail for the majority of shipments. A Delivery Confirmation Number is assigned to each package and is included in your shipping confirmation email. Unfortunately, the Delivery Confirmation Number is not consistently updated by USPS while in transit.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided

InchBug makes every effort to confirm address information prior to shipping an order. Packages returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer are subject to a reshipment fee.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address where delivery is subsequently refused are also charged a reshipment fee. If a customer refuses a shipment, upon receipt of the package in our warehouse, InchBug will issue a refund for the purchase price, less the actual shipping cost. This charge applies even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be shipped again are subject to actual shipping charges.
