What do I get in one Orbit Label package?

Each package of custom Orbit Labels contains four (4) Orbit Labels. The Original Orbit Labels package contains 4 labels of the same color. The 3D Icon Orbit Labels package contains 2 colors and a total of 4 labels per set (2 of each color).

What are the Orbit Labels made out of?

An elastomeric material that is compliant with Food & Drug Administration (FDA) Regulation 21CFR 177.2600. This material is in the same class of material used in pacifiers and baby bottle nipples. This material was chosen because it is non-toxic and has durable qualities that withstand normal use.

Which containers do the Orbit Labels fit?

They were designed to fit the traditional 4 oz. baby bottles by Gerber and Playtex. Orbit Labels fit most major brands found in stores today. Unfortunately, they do NOT fit Dr. Brown's 4 oz. standard bottles, as these are too narrow.
 They do fit the 8oz and wide necked varieties. 

Orbit Labels also fit all brands of sippy cups on the market, and are great for labeling standard sized water bottles and soda cans.

How many colors can I select per package of Orbit Labels or Adhesive Labels?

For the Original Orbit Labels and all Adhesive Labels, all labels within a set must be the same color, therefore, only one color can be selected per package.

For the 3D Icon Orbit Labels, each set contains two pre-determined color combinations. Each package contains two of each color.

Do I need to remove the Orbit Labels before placing in the dishwasher, sterilizing, or microwaving?

No! Orbit Labels were designed and tested to withstand repeated dishwashing, boiling, and microwaving. The Orbit Label will not peel, fade or wash away!

How durable is an Orbit Label?

Orbit Labels are manufactured using a high quality material proven to withstand dishwashing, boiling, and microwaving. It is difficult to predict the life expectancy of the Orbit Labels, as there are numerous variables to consider, such as over-stretching.

Does the Braille match my personalization on custom Orbit Labels?

The Braille reads "inchbug” on all of the custom Orbit Labels.

I've had labels on my child's cups for months now and I use the dishwasher to clean them. I noticed a faint white haze in the letters - how can I get rid of this?

Use a small brush or sponge to scrub letters to remove haze developed from dishwashing detergent.

Are Photo Labels and other Adhesive Labels dishwasher and microwave-safe?

Yes! All of our labels were designed and tested to withstand the rigors of a dishwasher and microwave. We use the best equipment and materials, resulting in the highest quality product possible.

Why would I want my child's photo on a name label?

Custom Photo Labels provide caregivers with more than just a name to identify new children in a classroom setting. They also allow young children to identify their belongings on their own. Children are able to recognize themselves in a photograph before they can read their name.

These labels are another method of minimizing germs and mix-ups.

Does the quality of photo I upload make a difference in the quality of my finished Photo Labels?

Yes, the photo you provide is the photo that will be printed. You can upload a photo up to 2 MB. For best results, we recommend choosing a photo taken from a camera with a high resolution.

Will you correct red eye or retouch my uploaded photo?

No, your photo will not be retouched. Each customer is responsible for adjusting the image to their liking when submitting an order.

Do the Bag Tags have graphics on both sides?

Yes, there are full-color graphics on both sides. One side contains the contact information that the customer inputs and the other side is a design that incorporates icons from our colorful themes.

Can I have all of my Adhesive Labels printed with the same icon?

Unfortunately, no. We want to provide you with a variety, therefore, each icon set consists of 5 different designs.

Are there any restrictions as to what is printed/uploaded for Adhesive Labels?

Yes, we reserve the right to reject an order without explanation. We will not produce an order if the material submitted for personalization is deemed obscene, offensive, abusive, harmful, vulgar or otherwise objectionable. If images uploaded are copyrighted or depict celebrities or anyone that may have "celebrity" status, they will be rejected.

Can I split my order to include two different names?

Unfortunately, no. You may consider ordering labels with your last name only so everyone in the family can use them.

Can I place a gift order with multiple shipping addresses?

Our system only allows for one shipping address per order. If you wish to make multiple gift orders, each order must be placed separately. 

When does sales tax apply?

InchBug corporate headquarters is located in Austin, TX. According to Texas statute § 151.330. (Interstate Shipments, Common Carriers, and Services Across State Lines) InchBug is only required to collect sales tax on a purchase shipped within this state.

Do you offer Orbit Labels to resellers?

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders for groups?

What is your cancellation policy?

IF YOU ORDER CUSTOM LABELS YOU MUST CANCEL OR REQUEST CHANGES WITHIN 12 HOURS OF PLACING THE ORDER. ALL PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE.
