I bought two sets of labels here after having purchased many times in the past. This particular time I went with the preset labels, and while the sample looked good, The actual product was very disappointing. Lettering was either spaced incorrectly to where lines of text were touching, and it made it very hard to read, or the preset font was illegible. The small section of the “5”s in our phone numbers appear virtually invisible unless inspected very closely—they were very difficult to read. I was not contacted to discuss the issue or given an option to change the font. It took 14 days to receive my items, and I only received them after pestering customer service about the fact that the order was taking far longer than past experiences. Their site says they take between 2-5 business days to ship their products. They took 10 business days to even get the product shipped. Quality control issues mixed with the terrible customer service, I can no longer recommend this company. Theis product used to be great, but I can’t attest to the durability as I will be sending these back.
These clothing labels are awesome. They have not once fallen off.

These are my favorite! The clothing tags work so well and last as long as you need them to! Water bottle labels last through tons of dishwasher cycles and peel off easily when you’re done!
