Let the importance of your little one's allergies stand out with our Allergy Alert Rectangle BagTags. The design is bold and functional in order to effectively communicate to others what your child needs to avoid. Applies easily to lunchboxes, backpacks, or anything else with a handle or loop.

Each Bag Tag has two sides: one side is printed with up to 4 lines of personalization (22 characters each), while the reverse side has an allergy design.

Double-check that spelling! Your personalization is printed exactly as it is entered at the time of purchase. Emojis will not be printed.

Perfect!

I got this for my daughter who has both allergies and asthma. This tag was perfect for her little medical backpack we have for her to carry her necessary medications. It seems really durable, was easy to attach, and is a great size. We were able to include all the necessary information we needed on the tag.
